Thailand is famous for its unique culinary because it is different from Indonesian culinary flavors. In addition to its uniqueness, Thailand is also known as a country with many excellent culinary delights.

As a big city in Jakarta, there are many places that offer Thai specialties, but this time it is not a big restaurant but street food. This culinary place that offers a typical Thai menu is called Oseng Thai and is located in Kemang, South Jakarta.

Service and ambience

In addition to its delicious food, Oseng Thai is known for its cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The restaurant is decorated with Thai elements to make guests feel like they are in Thailand. The professional and friendly staff is ready to help you choose a dish to suit your taste.

Oseng Thai Recommended Menu

Some of the menus at Oseng Thai include Pad See Ew (IDR 25,000), Pad Kra Pao (IDR 25,000), Pad Thai Gong (IDR 35,000) and many more. The first menu is called Pad See Ew, which at first glance looks like a combination of noodles and kwetiaw with shrimp, peanuts and chili powder.

Then there’s Oseng Thai’s bestseller, Pad Kra Pao, stir-fried ground beef with basil leaves. The combination of ground beef and basil leaves is perfect, and the addition of a fried egg makes this menu even more exciting.

EZPZ Jakarta’s rating for Oseng Thai

After tasting two main menus, EZPZ Jakarta also gave a rating of 9.5/10 for the Pad Kra Pao menu, while Pad Thai Gong received a rating of 9/10.

“Pad Kra Pao smells really good before you eat it, it’s sweet and salty and for Rp 25,000 it’s really suitable”. “As for Pad See Ew, it is similar to kwetiaw but there are beans in it, so there is a crunchy taste,” said Andrea.

Apart from Oseng Thai, which is always queued up because it is currently going viral on social media, the food at this simple stall is very tasty.
